★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caffè e dolci ottimi. Trovate le cassate, i dolci di mandorla, i taralli tipici di Racalmuto, i dolci di marzapane. Questi a firma di frutti, salumi, sandwich, frittelle...veramente artistici.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar/pasticceria molto conosciuto situato in Via Garibaldi a Racalmuto città natale dello scrittore Leonardo Sciascia. Oltre alla tradizionale pasticceria siciliana, Parisi è noto per la produzione artigianale dei taralli. A differenza di quelli pugliesi, i taralli di Racalmuto sono caratterizzati da una pasta morbida leggermente aromatica e ricoperti da una glassa zuccherata. Consigliati anche i torroncini con ripieno di zuccata.
well known bar / bakery located in Via Garibaldi in Racalmuto birthplace of the writer Leonardo Sciascia. In addition to the traditional Sicilian pastry, Parisi is known to the artisan production of bagels. Unlike those of Puglia, the bagels Racalmuto are characterized by a soft dough lightly aromatic and covered by a sugar icing. Also recommended nougat with pumpkin filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alta qualità pasticcera, grazie ad un grande pasticcere Ivan Parisi molte volte premiato a livello nazionale, asso nella manica della pasticceria sono i "Taralli di Racalmuto" che consiglio di andare a gustare, come non ricordare pure le torte di grande fattura e qualità, i gelati che sono stati premiati in vari concorsi, il tutto accompagnato da un buon caffè ☕. Per finire ricordo la gentilezza e la professionalità del grande (anche se di statura è piccolo) Giacomo Parisi, andate a trovarli non ve ne pentirete ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti saranno pure buoni ma non siamo riusciti a degustarli ,visto che la ragazza al banco, ci ha fatto aspettare una mezz'ora senza portarci al tavolo quello ordinato mentre serviva i ragazzi " suoi conoscenti " che in continuazione arrivavano al banco. Preciso che abbiamo pure chiesto l'ordine al banco, per gestirlo in autonomia ma la già citata ragazza ci ha detto di accomodarci che ci avrebbe servito subito ....
