Si è dimenticata la tessera nel bancomat e LORO non solo non hanno telefonato alla banca di appartenenza della tessera bancomat ma l'hanno distrutta. Dopo aver fatto la denuncia e la copia della tessera bancomat finalmente è venuto fuori la verità LORO la "distruggono".
 They never answer the phone and I tell you what happened to my wife. The card was forgotten in the ATM and THEY not only did not call the bank to which the ATM card belonged but destroyed it. After having made the complaint and the copy of the ATM card finally came out the truth THEY "destroy" it.

È convalidato l articolo anche da l' editoriale Altro Consumo, che dice le stesse cose . E' in cima alla classifica fra le banche più a rischio d'Italia.

The article is also validated by the editorial Altro Consumo, which says the same things. It tops the ranking among the most risky banks in Italy.
