★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato la banca che cercavo alla quale affidare le mie finanze, dipendenti molto gentili, garbati e che sanno prendersi cura dei propri clienti. Diretore disponibilissimo ad ogni richiesta. Rispondono sempre al telefono e quando no lo riescono a fare te richiamano subito.

I found the bank I was looking for to entrust my finances to, very kind, polite employees who know how to take care of their customers. Director very available to every request. They always answer the phone and when they can't, they call you back immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato a chiamare il numero di telefono piu e piu volte ma ogni volta veniva messo giu.
Mi sono recato in banca e l'addetta, che mi ha risposto con un tono di superiorità, ha detto che il telefono funziona tranquillamente e che loro nell'arco della giornata hanno ricevuto poche chiamate... fa ridere il tutto ma confermano la mia recensione negativa!
I tried to call the phone number over and over but every time it got put down.
I went to the bank and the clerk, who answered me with a superior tone, said that the phone works quietly and that they received few calls during the day ... it makes everyone laugh but they confirm mine bad review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno passato dal gruppo Creval in questa banca. Non riesco a scaricare l'app italiana, il nuovo numero telefonico fa due squilli e si chiude, nella mail che hanno mandato i numeri verdi non sono attivi e in banca non si può andare senza appuntamento. Che si fa?
They passed me from the Creval group to this bank. I can't download the Italian app, the new phone number rings two rings and closes, the toll-free numbers are not active in the email they sent and you can't go to the bank without an appointment. What's now?
