Ho provato a fissarlo tramite mutuionline e me l'hanno rimandato pochi giorni prima. Alla fine mi sono rivolta ad un'altra banca. Se è questo il modo di trattare i proprio clienti...
 Worst branch found so far. I've been waiting for a call to make a mortgage appointment for months. I tried to fix it through mutuionline and they sent it back to me a few days before. Eventually I went to another bank. If that's the way to treat your customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato e inefficiente. Ho richiesto un appuntamento con Mutuionline e mi hanno confermato in data 8 giugno in filiale. Arrivo all’orario e la data prescritti e la filiale era chiusa mi rivolgo al personale dentro la banca facendogli vedere l’e-mail di conferma e dicono che loro non sanno nulla di questo appuntamento... io dopo essermi preso mezza giornata di ferie da lavoro e aver preparato tutti i documenti devo avere questa problematica, questo è un grave inefficienza. Spero che chi di dovere aggiusti questa situazione e sostituisca chi gestisce questa agenzia perché è vergognoso.. non ho mai avuto tanti problemi così in una banca. Sicuramente cambierò filiale anche se questo vuol dire aprire un altro conto??
Rude and inefficient staff. I requested an appointment with Mutuionline and they confirmed me in the branch on June 8th. I arrive at the prescribed time and date and the branch was closed I turn to the staff inside the bank showing them the confirmation e-mail and they say that they know nothing about this appointment ... I after taking half a day off from work and having prepared all the documents I must have this problem, this is a serious inefficiency. I hope that those who have to fix this situation and replace those who manage this agency because it is shameful .. I have never had so many problems in a bank. I will certainly change branches even if it means opening another account??

Nn potevamo chiedere di meglio per l'acquisto della nostra prima casa.. il tasso è ottimo ! Perché confermato paragonandolo a molte altre richieste fatte in precedenza , dove ci proponevano soluzioni capestri ma che poi in realtà erano molto più alte in termini di interesse e nn solo..
Personalmente sono soddisfatto e lo consiglio .

We could not have asked for anything better for the purchase of our first home .. the rate is excellent! Because it is confirmed by comparing it to many other requests made previously, where they offered us solutions but which were actually much higher in terms of interest and not only ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale della ex Cariparma. Personale mediamente gentile. Girano abbastanza come personale e come in tutte le filiali, quindi dipende da chi si trova davanti. Parcheggio abbastanza agevole: si trova senza grandi difficoltà, ma non proprio davanti. Il locale è pulito e in estate c'è una bella aria condizionata.
Branch of the former Cariparma. Average friendly staff. They run quite as staff and as in all branches, so it depends on who is in front. Quite easy parking: it is easily found, but not right in front. The place is clean and in the summer there is good air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una filiale inutile, siamo nel 2022 e non si sono ancora adeguati ad avere un bancomat dove anche poter versare. La prima filiale disponibile con questo servizio è a più di 3 km. Gli sportelli di cassa sono aperti solo al mattino. Ma perché tenete aperto?
