★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipendenti poco disponibili, supponenti e sgarbati. Molta incompetenza condita da molta arroganza. Credo mantengano la clientela (il mio conto no) solo perché unico sportello bancario nel quartiere abitato da persone anziane e poco propense al cambiamento. Un nuovo sportello bancario farebbe piazza pulita.
Unhelpful, opinionated and rude employees. A lot of incompetence seasoned with a lot of arrogance. I believe they keep their customers (my account no) only because they are the only bank branch in the neighborhood inhabited by elderly people who are not very inclined to change. A new bank counter would make a clean sweep.
