★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamani mi sono recato presso la vostra agenzia per fare un prelievo di contante a causa della smagnetizzazione del bancomat. Una zelante signora mi indica il cartello che riporta l'orario di chiusura h. 11.25. Le faccio notare che sono le 11.23 ed ho tale particolare necessità. Asserendo l'impossibilità di provvedere a causa della mancanza del cassiere, in quanto fuori tempo massimo, (cosa non vera sia per il cassiere che per il tempo) rimango senza contanti e con carta smagnetizzata alla vigilia di Natale. Tale dimostrazione di mancanza di sensibilità in assenza totale di orientamento al Cliente è veramente indegna. Auguro a questo isitituto di non avere troppi collaboratori di questo genere. Ci vediamo alla riapertura per l'estinzione del conto corrente. Vergogna!
This morning I went to your agency to make a cash withdrawal due to the demagnetization of the ATM. A zealous lady shows me the sign showing the closing time h. 11.25. I point out that it is 11.23 and I have this particular need. Asserting the impossibility of providing due to the lack of the cashier, as out of time, (which is not true both for the cashier and for the time) I remain without cash and with a demagnetized card on Christmas Eve. This demonstration of lack of sensitivity in the total absence of customer orientation is truly unworthy. I wish this institute not to have too many collaborators of this kind. See you at the reopening for the termination of the current account. Shame!
