★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza online pessima. Ho chiamato molteplici volte senza alcun risultato, mi hanno spostato da un operatore ad un altro per poi aspettare in totale 20 minuti senza che nessuno rispondesse. (Ho chiamato durante l'orario lavorativo).
Non immagino cosa accadrebbe se perdessi per sbaglio la carta o altro...
Bad online support. I called multiple times to no avail, they moved me from one operator to another and then waited a total of 20 minutes without anyone answering. (I called during business hours).
I don't imagine what would happen if I accidentally lost the card or whatever ...
