★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato 9 anni fa i versamenti per un "Fondo Pensione Aperto" con Credem Vita, Gruppo Credem. Avendo quest'anno maturato i requisiti necessari, più di tre mesi fa ho richiesto che il capitale da me depositato sia convertito in una rendita mensile. Ad oggi, a distanza ripeto di più di tre mesi, a fronte delle mie richieste di informazioni, da Credem Vita ho soltanto ricevuto risposte generiche, sono ancora in attesa di conoscere l'importo mensile del vitalizio e non ho ricevuto alcun accredito nonostante avessero dichiarato "entro Dicembre". Sempre molto solerti nell'intascare l'importo annuale, questi Signori sono ad oggi inadempienti nel darmi risposte esaurienti e nell'erogare il dovuto nei tempi dichiarati. Per chi legge e sta facendo valutazioni, esistono fortunatamente alternative per il "Fondo Pensione Aperto".
=> Aggiornamento del 21 Marzo 2019: Peccato aver dato una stella nel precedente giudizio ma d'altra parte non è possibile metterne meno: il secondo accredito mi era dovuto il 14 Marzo e ho dovuto sollecitare perché venga pagato. A mio giudizio tutto questo è indice di mancanza di rispetto per il cliente e di professionalità nulla.
Dicembre 2021 a distanza di tempo non posso che riconfermare il giudizio negativo (una stella, non avendo la possibilità di darne zero) Per vedermi accreditato il dovuto bimestrale, ho dovuto sollecitare tramite la mia persona di riferimento presso Credem.
9 years ago I started paying for an "Open Pension Fund" with Credem Vita, Credem Group. Having accrued the necessary requirements this year, more than three months ago I requested that the capital deposited by me be converted into a monthly annuity. To date, after more than three months, in response to my requests for information, I have only received generic answers from Credem Vita, I am still waiting to know the monthly amount of the annuity and I have not received any credit despite having declared "by December". Always very diligent in pocketing the annual amount, these gentlemen are currently in default in giving me exhaustive answers and in disbursing the due within the stated times. Fortunately, for those who are reading and evaluating, there are alternatives to the "Open Pension Fund".
=> Update of March 21, 2019: Too bad I gave a star in the previous judgment but on the other hand it is not possible to put less: the second credit was due to me on March 14 and I had to ask for it to be paid. In my opinion, all this is an indication of lack of respect for the customer and no professionalism.
December 2021 after some time I can only reconfirm the negative judgment (one star, not having the possibility to give zero) To be credited with the due bimonthly, I had to solicit through my contact person at Credem.
