Hanno anche la possibilità di gestire on linea il proprio conto ed effettuare operazioni fisiche agli sportelli.

Entrato in filiale mi accoglie un uomo che mi chiede di cosa avessi bisogno. Espongo la mia esigenza e lui mi dice; un attimo contatto una collega, ma tutto ad un tratto mentre sta per prendere il cellulare mi chiede....ma lei è cliente? Ed io.......no! Ah ok allora mi segni su questo foglio i suoi dati che la faccio richiamare. Sono passati due mesi.
Poco professionali
I went to this institution for the first time to make an appointment to get information about a mortgage. When I entered the branch, a man welcomed me and asked me what I needed. I state my need and he tells me; a moment I contact a colleague, but all of a sudden while she is about to take the cell phone she asks me .... are you a customer? And I ....... no! Ah ok then mark me your data on this sheet that I have to recall. It's been two months.

Ennesima conferma, già pienamente soddisfatto dalla disponibilità di Stefano,che dopo un serio problema con i istituto di credito,col quale da anni ero correntista, mi ha concesso un mutuo in tempi record e ad un ottimo tasso.
