La banca é stata appena acquisita da Credem, con tutti i problemi del caso per dipendenti e clienti (scontenti tutti).
Un solo cassiere, fila di clienti fuori sotto il sole... Nervi tesi e parolacce che volavano in filiale ... Non proprio uno spettacolo edificante.
Speriamo in meglio la prossima volta .
 A month ago I would have given 5 stars ... Now 3 is maybe too many ...
The bank has just been acquired by Credem, with all the problems of the case for employees and customers (all unhappy).
One cashier, line of customers out in the sun ... Tense nerves and bad words flying into the branch ... Not exactly an uplifting sight.
Let's hope for the best next time.
