★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si effettivamente il signore ha ragione. Anche la Credem di Sassari in viale dante non rispondono al telefono. E se risponde, risponde la cassiera che puntualmente dice che nessuno è presente..Quindi pessimo servizio per il cliente.

Innanzitutto nessuno mi apriva la porta alle ore 11:45 e ho dovuto aspettare in piedi 10 minuti con mio padre anziano al seguito, che è rimasto bloccato dentro alla doppia porta, alcuni minuti a causa del completo disinteresse del personale. Seconda cosa molto grave è stata il diniego di far usare il bagno a mio padre anziano e a me in attesa al nono mese, adducendo la motivazione che per nuove politiche legate al Covid19 i bagni del pubblico non si possono utilizzare. Mi chiedo ma è normale una cosa del genere? E' legale? E soprattutto se qualcuno si fosse sentito male a causa di tutto ciò cosa avrebbe fatto la dirigente della filiale che ci ha negato prontamente e con arroganza l'utilizzo del suddetto bagno? Sono sconvolta dal trattamento subito sia come azionista della banca che come donna e futura madre.
