Impossible to contact them, on the phone they do not respond to emails, maybe you have to send us a pigeon or you have to break into the bank ???

E' la mia banca da 2 anni e non è mai affollata, il personale è cortese e non invadente, al telefono rispondono all'istante (anche durante il lockdown). Io mi trovo benissimo tanto che ci ho aperto un 2° conto. I am very amazed by all these negative reviews! It has been my bank for 2 years and it is never crowded, the staff is courteous and unobtrusive, they answer the phone instantly (even during the lockdown). I am so happy that I opened a 2nd account.

Ho aperto conto un in un'altra banca, se non sono capaci aprire un conto, figuriamoci del tutto resto I went to open an account but they told me that I have to come back on Monday because today there is no colleague who can do it! a	antonella duva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche io condivido il fatto che non rispondete mai anzi chiudete il telefono dopo due squilli....sto cambiando banca e lo suggerisco vivamente, non si trattano così le persone. I also share the fact that you never answer, rather you close the phone after two rings .... I'm changing banks and I strongly suggest it, people are not treated like this.

Non hanno accettato la richiesta di un mutuo mentre un altra banca l'ha accettato senza problemi. Gentili allo sportello ma per tutti i punti elencati prima sconsiglio questa banca. They never answer the phone. Very short and uncomfortable opening hours and moreover not visible online. They did not accept the mortgage application while another bank accepted it without problems. Kind to the counter but for all the points listed above I do not recommend this bank.
