Mi è stato quindi chiesto un documento e il codice fiscale.Poco dopo l'operatore, mentre io chiedevo informazioni e davo i miei documenti, interrompeva la conversazione provando a chiamare qualcuno col cellulare. Non rispondendo nessuno continuavamo la conversazione, interrotta per la seconda volta dopo qualche secondo.Dai toni e dai dialoghi si capiva che non era chiamata di lavoro..
In tutto questo mi viene chiesto subito dopo, la carta d'identità, la patente, e infine il certificato di residenza (senza questo mi viene detto che non si può aprire il conto). Ho chiesto quindi perché serve un certificato di residenza(che per richiederlo tra l'altro occorre pure una marca da bollo di circa 19€ o 16€ non ricordo) e mi viene data una risposta al quanto assurda e cioè che il mio passaporto fosse stato rilasciato anni fa e quindi vecchio.Il mio passaporto rilasciato nel 2012 scadrà nel 2022.
