Ho ricevuto un prodotto che non corrisponde alla descrizione presente sul sito: invece dei gomitoli di rafia ne ho trovato alcune manciate avvolte a mano; la rete è chiara invece che scura. A mail di richiesta di chiarimenti non c'è stata alcuna risposta. Pessimo rapporto con i clienti ed approssimazione nella gestione del prodotto. Li sconsiglio.
I ordered a kit to make a bag, with net, cork and raffia. I received a product that does not correspond to the description on the site: instead of balls of raffia I found some hand-wrapped handfuls; the net is light instead of dark. There was no response to the email requesting clarifications. Bad relationship with customers and approximation in product management. I do not recommend them.

I have purchased several times from Creativika, I have always enjoyed it. Italian bag yarns are excellent. The owner is helpful and kind, I almost always turned to Messenger, perhaps the only drawback is the cost of 9 euros (without shipping costs after about 90 €)
