All’inizio ero un po’ scettico in materia, ma la professionalità di Luca e la sua competenza in questo ambito piano piano mi hanno aiutato ad apprezzare questa tecnica e a sfruttarne i molteplici benefici. Assolutamente consigliato!
It's been a few months since I started following this Pilates course, strongly recommended by my friends. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical about it, but Luca's professionalism and his expertise in this field slowly helped me to appreciate this technique and to take advantage of its multiple benefits. Absolutely recommended!
