Ho ordinato delle cialde in pasta di zucchero e mi sono arrivate delle cose oscene con colori sbiaditi e con disegni tutti sgranati...incredibile...e sono anche cose che fanno pagare tanto! Chiesto il rimborso e mi è stato risposto "Salve, se vuole effettuare un reso, ci spedisca a sue spese gli articoli di cui non è soddisfatto entro 14 giorni.
Una volta ricevuto il pacco e controllato l' integrità dei prodotti, le verrà emesso il rimborso degli articoli che ci ha reso, escluse le spese di spedizione." Quindi per avere un rimborso di un oggetto di 7 euro devo spenderne circa il doppio...(la cosa più triste? Le 3 recensioni di utenti FINTI che danno 5 stelle appena ricevuta la mia...)
Bad. I ordered sugar paste waffles and I got some obscene things with faded colors and grainy designs ... amazing ... and they are also things that charge a lot! Asked for a refund and I was replied "Hi, if you want to make a return, send us at your expense the items you are not satisfied with within 14 days.
Once you have received the package and checked the integrity of the products, you will be refunded for the items you have returned to us, excluding shipping costs. "So to get a refund of an item of 7 euros I have to spend about double it .. . (the saddest thing? The 3 FAKE user reviews giving 5 stars upon receiving my ...)

La cialda che compro per la torta, può essere tranquillamente messa su' il giorno prima perché i colori mantengono la loro brillantezza anche per 2 o 3 giorni e non si sfumano come mi è già successo per altri negozi (allego foto di cialda messa sulla torta 24 ore prima e dopo)
