Ottimo, ci tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo. Meglio prenotare, pochi coperti. Amazing discovery! All really good. The dragon clouds made at the moment, Udon noodles nice and chubby, and tasty. k	kiwicocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, tonno in scatola e salmone crudo nello stesso uramaki non è palatabile, non puoi portarmi due pezzi crudi di salmone se ti chiedo una porzione (per due persone te ne ho chieste tre di porzioni ma mi hai portato 2 pezzi a testa). Il riso non era freddo abbastanza per assemblare bene i vari uramaki e bagnaticcio, mi ha preso lo stomaco. Per non parlare del conto più di 30 euro pur avendo lasciato quasi tutto, senza interessarsi del perché le persone abbiano lasciato i piatti quasi pieni. Terrible, canned tuna and raw salmon in the same uramaki is not palatable, you can't bring me two raw pieces of salmon if I ask you for a portion (for two people I asked you for three portions but you brought me 2 pieces each). The rice was not cold enough to assemble the various uramaki and bagnaticcio well, it took my stomach. Not to mention the over € 30 bill despite having left almost everything, without caring why people left their plates almost full.

Nice place with a large outdoor area, well cared for the whole too. Very good and carefully prepared sausage. Young staff and very attentive to customer needs.

La qualità delle materie prime è sicuramente alta in quanto i sapori singolarmente sono molto buoni, tuttavia alcune cose tecniche riguardanti la cucina andrebbero riviste; ad esempio la cottura del riso in generale perchè a mio avviso troppo indietro e questo ha causato una slegatura nella composizione degli huramaki. Altri due problemi che secondo me andrebbero rivisti riguardano la salsa di soia, a mio avviso troppo salata con il rischio che invada troppo come sapore rispetto al piatto e la tempura, troppo spessa e assomigliante alla frittura tipica dell'Europa. La location non è male, un buon accostamento tra oriente e occidente. Il prezzo a parer mio è un po' troppo alto, soprattutto il the verde. My partner and I had lunch, and I have to say that the experience was pleasant overall. The quality of the raw materials is certainly high as the flavors are individually very good, however some technical things concerning the kitchen should be reviewed; for example the cooking of rice in general because in my opinion too far back and this has caused a break in the composition of huramaki. Two other problems that in my opinion should be reviewed concern the soy sauce, in my opinion too salty with the risk that it invades too much in flavor compared to the dish and the tempura, too thick and resembling the typical frying of Europe. The location is not bad, a good combination of east and west. In my opinion, the price is a bit too high, especially green tea.
