Non ho mai visto un servizio così orribile e un comportamento così arrogante. Dopo aver scelto un colore, la ragazza ha portato due scatole quasi vuote dal fondo dei quali ha strofinato i resti del semi permanente. Vedendo la consistenza di questi semi ho chiesto se sono normali? Perché si stendevano in pezzi, erano irregolare.... la ragazza ha risposto che tutto bene è un tipo di semi così e che dopo il secondo rivestimento, tutto sarebbe stato distribuito in modo uniforme. Dopo il secondo rivestimento, la situazione è peggiorata, lo smalto è cominciato ad arricciarsi, formando cavità, scivoli e grumi. La mia domanda è: è normale? La ragazza mi risponde - SI! tutto migliorerà se copriamo questo con un altro semi permanente trasparente! Alla mia richiesta di chiamare l'amministratore - NESSUNO NON È VENUTO! Sono una persona adeguata, capisco che possono accadere cose diverse, ma basta correggere il tuo errore! La ragazza invece ha cominciato a comportarsi in modo rude! Ha iniziato a mentire, mi ha accusato di essere in ritardo, anche se sono arrivata alle 15:00 come avevo l’appuntamento! E l'ho aspettata per 20 minuti io! Comunque quello non c’entra niente con il fatto che la professionista vede che lo smalto di semi permanente è arricciato, continua ad applicare strati e afferma che è normale! Mi sono trovata benissimo, il lavoro è stato molto soddisfacente per me e tornerò sicuramente, integrando anche altri trattamenti, in quanto sono forniti di molti macchinari tra cui anche luce pulsata e molto altro. L'estetista che mi ha trattata, se non sbaglio, si chiama Bianca. Adorabile. Molto alla mano, accogliente, gentile e premurosa nel spiegarmi ogni passaggio che comprendeva i miei trattamenti. È stata molto delicata, il lavoro è stato veloce, completamente indolore e specialmente ben fatto! Consigliatissimo ?
