★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuori dal caos e dai problemi di parcheggio del centro storico di Modica, ma appena fuori nella tranquillità della campagna modicana. Un ottimo punto d'appoggio per girare tutta l'area della Val di Noto. La gentilezza della proprietaria, la possibilità di avere frigorifero e cucina magari per non andare sempre al ristorante e una piscina per rilassarsi al tramonto e leggere un libro all'ombra degli alberi ne fanno un motivo in più per scegliere di soggiornare in questa zona
 Out of the chaos and parking problems of the historic center of Modica, but just outside in the tranquility of the Modica countryside. An excellent starting point for touring the entire Val di Noto area. The kindness of the owner, the possibility of having a fridge and kitchen so as not to always go to the restaurant and a swimming pool to relax at sunset and read a book in the shade of the trees make it one more reason to choose to stay in this area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in einer von insgesamt 7 Ferienwohnungen. Die Ausstattung ist okay. Schlafzimmer, Küche- Esszimmer mit zusätzlicher Schlafcouch und einem Bad. Klimaanlage und Fernseher vorhanden. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Pool und einer Rezeption.
We stayed in one of a total of 7 holiday apartments. The equipment is okay. Bedroom, kitchen-dining room with additional sofa bed and a bathroom. Air conditioning and TV available. The complex has a pool and a reception.

Camere pulite ed attrezzate, ariose e luminose. Per chi desidera un soggiorno davvero rilassante, nella provincia di Ragusa così ricca di storia, cultura e tante golosità.
Structure in tune with the surrounding environment, environmentally friendly as it is equipped with solar panels. Manicured gardens. Attentive, polite and very helpful staff. Clean and equipped, airy and bright rooms. For those who want a truly relaxing stay, in the province of Ragusa so rich in history, culture and many goodies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è davvero bella e ben curata. Sono tanti piccoli loft ma dotati di tutte le comodità. Angolo cottura. Ho trovato addirittura gli stracci cucina. Bagno ampio e luminoso. Camera da letto e piccolo soggiorno con TV e divano. Davvero confortevole. L'esterno è incantevole. La piscina è piccola ma pulita e circondata dall'ombra dei carrubi. Per chi ama leggere all'ombra di un albero è l'ideale. Luogo tranquillo e personale gentile e disponibile. Mi sono trovata davvero a mio agio. Lo consiglio sicuramente.
The structure is really beautiful and well cared for. They are many small lofts but equipped with all comforts. Kitchenette. I even found the kitchen rags. Large and bright bathroom. Bedroom and small living room with TV and sofa. Really comfortable. The outside is lovely. The pool is small but clean and surrounded by the shade of carob trees. For those who love to read in the shade of a tree it is ideal. Quiet place and friendly and helpful staff. I found myself really at ease. Definitely recommend it.
