Tornato indietro mi hanno proposto di sostituirli ma tutti i pezzi presenti erano scaduti. Non mi hanno restituito i soldi ma fatto un buono. In questi casi andrebbe fatta una segnalazione ma ho evitato di farla. Capisco ci siano procedure interne ma almeno restituire i soldi in questi casi estremi. Nulla, non hanno voluto sentire ragioni. Di certo non lo consiglio né ci tornerò. I purchased Ferrero Rochers and, returning home, I noticed that they had expired a month ago. Going back they proposed to replace them but all the pieces present had expired. They didn't give me back the money but made a voucher. In these cases a report should be made but I have avoided doing it. I understand there are internal procedures but at least return the money in these extreme cases. Nothing, they didn't want to hear reasons. I certainly don't recommend it or go back.

Un’azienda seria si sarebbe scusata e avrebbe rimborsato quanto speso: questi matusalemme, perché definirli in altre maniere suonerebbe più offensivo, al posto di prendersi carico dell’errore disgustoso impensabile in una GDO, gli hanno rifilato un buono. Lo spazio dedicato alla frutta e alla verdura fresche è proporzionato alla grandezza del locale. Proximity supermarket, friendly and trained staff. Well stocked and easy to navigate. Per fortuna avevo il bancomat altrimenti il commesso non aveva da darmi il resto di 50 euro.. ? Ho trovato cmq quello che cercavo per cui se sarò in zona ancora e avrò bisogno, ci tornerò.
