β β β β β Γ la prima volta che faccio una recensione ma se ci sono anche meno cinque stelle le metto senza nessun'esitazione.Pessimo trattamento partendo dall'addetto all'informazioni fino al preside della scuola, quell'ultimo si sbagliava un sacco sulla compilazione dei miei dati di iscrizione(compilava lui perchΓ© c'era un errore con il sito)e quando gli correggevo si sentiva male e non era soddisfatto forse voleva che lo lasci sbagliare perchΓ© il PRESIDE di una scuola di lingua non deve maaai sbagliare in fine chiedeva di scannerizzare documenti che non possono mai servire a un'iscrizione(la tessera sanitaria)! Quando gli ho chiesto il motivo solo per curiositΓ ,dopo che gli ho dato i documenti, mi ha gridato in faccia e mi dato dell'antipatico! e senza potergli nemmeno rispondere per capire cosa succede mi ha fatto uscire dall'ufficio in un modo molto maleducato senza alcun rispetto e senza compilare l'iscrizione e io che gli davo del lei anche se mi dava del tu! Γ peccato che il preside di una scuola del genere non sia qualificato al suo lavoro e maltratta gli studenti..Non dico che tutti hanno lo stesso atteggiamento sgradito anzi ci sono dentro delle persone brave e qualificate e del loro grande sforzo di aiutare gli altri sono molto grato.
It is the first time I do a review but if there are even less five stars I put them without any hesitation. Very bad treatment starting from the information officer to the school principal, that last one was very wrong about filling in my data of registration (he compiled because there was an error with the site) and when I corrected him he felt bad and was not satisfied maybe he wanted me to let him make a mistake because the PRINCIPAL of a language school should not make mistakes but finally asked to scan documents that can never serve as a registration (health card)! When I asked him the reason just out of curiosity, after I gave him the documents, he screamed in my face and gave me some information! and without even being able to answer him to understand what happens he made me leave the office in a very rude way without any respect and without filling out the registration and I gave him her even if he gave me a tu! It is a pity that the headmaster of such a school is not qualified to his work and mistreates the students .. I do not say that everyone has the same unwelcome attitude, rather there are good and qualified people in there and their great effort to help others are very grateful.
