★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da aparência externa e idade do imóvel, é bem decorado e aconchegante. Tem bom espaço. Tem o cheiro um pouco forte minha esposa teve um pouco de alergia . Bastante barulho dos vizinhos. Tivemos visita de cobrança de alguma conta atrasada do proprietário. Elevador é bem ruim. Só cabe 1 pessoa e tem que descer e subir escadas para pegar ele. Muito ruído da rua também. Não recomendo para descansar e passar férias.
Despite the external appearance and age of the property, it is well decorated and cozy. It has good space. It smells a bit strong my wife had a bit of allergy. Enough noise from neighbors. We had bill visit for some late owner account. Lift is pretty bad. It only fits 1 person and has to go down and climb stairs to get it. Very noisy from the street too. Would not recommend to rest and spend holidays.
