★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho appena parlato con un signore dell'ufficio "carichi pendenti" di una scortesia inaudita. urlava al telefono perchè, attenzione, la modulistica messa a disposizione dal tribunale riporta un valore delle marche da bollo ERRATA. non è colpa degli utenti....cambiate i moduli e indicate bene cosa c'è da portare. grazie.
 I just talked to a gentleman of the "pending charges" office of an unheard-of rudeness. he shouted on the phone because, carefully, the forms made available by the court report a value of the ERRATA revenue stamps. it is not the fault of the users .... change the modules and indicate well what there is to bring. thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi pessimo.. Ho chiamato al centralino per far richiesta di alcuni documenti e mi risponde una signora molto maleducata e senza pazienza.. Mettete gente competente e che sappia parlare a modo. Vergognoso veramente.
I would say very bad .. I called the switchboard to ask for some documents and I was answered by a very rude lady without patience .. Put competent people who know how to speak properly. Really shameful.

Ho chiamato l'ufficio alle 11:43 per informazioni sulla consegna di un documento importante: mi hanno passato l'interno e sono rimasta in attesa per ben 20 minuti senza alcuna risposta.
La gente se vi contatta è perché ha bisogno di informazioni importanti e questo non è il modo di trattare le persone.
Crazy.
I called the office at 11:43 am for information on the delivery of an important document: they passed the extension and I was waiting for 20 minutes without any response.
People contacting you is because they need important information and this is not the way to treat people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo parlare con Ufficio Carichi pendenti e il signore di questa mattina del centralino continuava a passarmi interni che non rispondevano. Ho chiamato 20 volte in un'ora. Passava alla portineria che o non rispondeva o prendeva il telefono e riattaccava. L'ufficio dei carichi mai rispondeva e il centralino se ne lavava le mani. È questo il servizio che da il tribunale di Treviso ai suoi cittadini???? Sono allibita..
I had to speak to the Pending Load Office and the gentleman of the switchboard this morning continued to pass me on unresponsive extensions. I called 20 times in an hour. He went to the concierge who either did not answer or picked up the phone and hung up. The cargo office never answered and the switchboard was washing its hands. Is this the service that the Treviso court gives to its citizens ???? I am amazed ...

A girl answers the phone who laughs and jokes with another person, then takes the phone off my face and no longer answers, is I calling to a court? It looked like a call center to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per l'unica esperienza che ho avuto, direi abbastanza buono. Signore allo sportello davanti all'ingresso pubblico molto gentile e disponibile. In entrambe le occasioni in cui ho dovuto effettuare richiesta e ritiro di documenti, il servizio è stato rapido ed efficiente.
For the only experience I have had, I would say good enough. Ladies at the counter in front of the public entrance very kind and helpful. On both occasions when I had to request and collect documents, the service was quick and efficient.
