Ho acquistato un maglione nella giornata di ieri chiedendo alla commessa se fosse possibile un eventuale cambio, la commessa mi risponde di sì precisando di poterlo cambiare solo per tutto il giorno successivo all'acquisto. Mi reco oggi nel pomeriggio ad effettuare il cambio e la commessa (diversa da quella del giorno prima) mi dice che non è possibile, che avrei potuto cambiare il maglioncino SOLO in mattinata. faccio presente che mi è stato detto di poterlo cambiare durante tutta la giornata, ma la commessa in questione no ne ha voluto sapere nulla, invitandomi a prendere nuovamente il maglione e andarmene. Non credo proprio sia un comportamento consono. Sono al quanto infastidita.

I bought a sweater yesterday asking for the order if a change could be possible, the order replies yes, specifying that it can only be changed for the whole day after the purchase. Today I go in the afternoon to make the change and the order (different from that of the day before) tells me that it is not possible, that I could change the sweater ONLY in the morning. I point out that I was told I could change it throughout the day, but the saleswoman in question didn't want to know anything about it, inviting me to take the sweater again and leave. I don't think it's proper behavior. I'm as annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente sembrava un marchio nella media ma da un anno a questa parte le magliette non durano neanche 7 mesi e si bucano. Le camicie sbiadiscono in pochi lavaggi. Calcolando che nei giorni di saldi, una maglietta costa 3 euro, diciamo che il rapporto qualità prezzo è quello. Preferisco spendere un po' di più ed avere una qualità migliore.
Initially it seemed like an average brand but for a year now the t-shirts have not even lasted 7 months and they break. Shirts fade in just a few washes. Calculating that on sales days, a t-shirt costs 3 euros, let's say that the value for money is that. I prefer to spend a little more and have better quality.
