B	BangKlip “Envy” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho assaggiato molti piatti preparati da loro e mi dispiace dirlo ma spesso è tutto insapore... e preparati male... faccio un esempio... le polpette sono di pane fritto con formaggio... di carne macinata neanche l'ombra... pagare le polpette di pane e formaggio così care non mi sembra giusto... mi dispiace per qualche turista che rimarrà deluso se non conosce le polpette pugliesi o meglio salentine.. assaggiando queste rimarrà deluso. Anche i cosi detti pizzarieddhri e orecchiette... sono fatti malissimo e con farina che sembra farinella.. praticamente sono bianchi... sono buoni quelli fatti con la farina scura tipo grano Cappelli e non di farinella che hanno un'altro sapore non tipico dei pizzarieddhri... anche la forma e fatta malissimo sembrano bucatini spezzati...una volta ho preso le cotoletta di pollo... immaginabili erano tipo fette di prosciutto panato... sottilissime e quindi impregnate di olio.. immangiabili... le cotolette panate devono essere spesse... altrimenti.... comunque non ci siamo... mi dispiace.
