È capitato troppo spesso che il pullman arrivasse 10 minuti in anticipo e non aspettasse, facendo perdere la fermata a più persone, e mettendole a disagio anche nei troppi casi di guasto, in cui il pullman sparisce senza che l'applicazione dia degli effettivi aggiornamenti. Scortese, maleducato, vergogna! Il personale nel infopoint troppo scortese ed incompetente per il lavoro che doveva svolgere. Dare le informazioni ai passeggeri. Quando abbiamo chiesto perché uno dei autobus non aveva rispettato l'orario di partenza. Ci ha risposto che loro non lo sano. Andiamo bene. Non so perché lo devon chiamare Infopoint allora. Abbiamo perso 2 ore nel aspettare l'autobus successivo. Il quale ovviamente non ha rispettato l'orario ed e partito mezz'ora di ritardo. This is the Cotral interurban bus station of the Lazio Region.
