Quest’anno, nell’esecuzione di un nuovo incarico, ritengo che si siano addirittura superati in professionalità, competenza, serietà, qualità , tempestività, precisione e cura nel dettaglio.Ed anche in pazienza! Non è affatto da tutti, in questo settore, essere così precisi e tempestivi nell’assecondare le esigenze del cliente. Il titolare è a disposizione h24, celere nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, pronto ad approfondire ogni singolo aspetto gli venga sottoposto. E non abbandona i suoi clienti neanche dopo la conclusione del lavoro, a riprova che lo ama al di là del compenso , cura i suoi clienti anche nella fase successiva, pur non essendo tenuto a farlo. Da tutto questo si comprende che la serietà e la passione che ci mette sono inusuali. Sin dal sopralluogo si sono distinti nettamente rispetto agli altri: poche parole e tanta concretezza. Il preventivo dettagliato nelle lavorazioni e nel capitolato delle forniture e dei materiali. Lo abbiamo rivisto più volte per affinarlo e sempre con grande disponibilità che poi si è confermata durante tutta la ristrutturazione. Il prezzo, considerato l’ottimo capitolato utilizzato, è assolutamente in linea con quello degli altri preventivi effettuati con il vantaggio di aver a che fare con un unico referente che si occupa di tutto, dagli aspetti burocratici a tutti gli aspetti della ristrutturazione. Inizio lavori e durata da preventivo rispettata. Il titolare è un professionista serio, scrupoloso, sempre disponibilissimo e questo atteggiamento l’ho riscontrato anche nei collaboratori di cui si avvale. Nessun problema durante i lavori con i condomini, da alcuni dei quali ho addirittura ricevuto parole d’apprezzamento per la pulizia e l’attenzione mostrata dagli operai per le parti comuni. Personalmente mi sento di consigliare vivamente CostruzioniBM, per la professionalità, la qualità del lavoro e la disponibilità del titolare e dei suoi collaboratori, in un ambiente dove è facile trovarsi a che fare con scarsa professionalità e condotte poco oneste.
