Ho provato a contattarli la prima volta, la segretaria mi ha risposto dicendomi che dovevo parlare col titolare; sono stata in attesa per quasi 10 minuti (carina la musichetta), poi improvvisamente è caduta la linea; da quel momento non sono stata nemmeno ricontattata. Sono quindi passata di persona in azienda, qualche giorno dopo, e la stessa segretaria mi ha risposto in malomodo al citofono che, senza appuntamento, potevo anche tornare a casa. Ho quindi provato a chiamare per fissare appuntamento ma mi è stato detto che si può chiamare solo il lunedì pomeriggio per queste richieste. Ho quindi chiamato il lunedì pomeriggio ma, come già accaduto, il telefono squilla a vuoto. Ho quindi mandato una mail ma sono orma settimane che attendo una risposta. La non professionalità è la maleducazione sono di casa! Too bad I can't put 0 stars, because the service is unclassifiable. I tried to contact them the first time, the secretary replied telling me that I had to speak to the owner; I was waiting for almost 10 minutes (the jingle was nice), then suddenly the line dropped; I haven't even been contacted since then. I then went to the company in person, a few days later, and the same secretary answered badly on the intercom that, without an appointment, I could also go home. I then tried to call to make an appointment but was told that you can only call on Monday afternoons for these requests. So I called on Monday afternoon but, as already happened, the phone rings empty. So I sent an email but I have been waiting for a reply for weeks now. Unprofessionalism and rudeness are at home!
