★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn jemand eine absolut zuverlässige, saubere, pünktliche und effiziente Handwerkertruppe sucht, dem kann ich wirklich nur Signor De Masi und seine Leute empfehlen. Ich habe das Bad in meiner Villa in Fontane Bianche von ihnen renovieren lassen und bin wirklich mehr als zufrieden. Ich hatte schon oft mit Handwerkern in Italien zu tun gehabt, aber so professionelle Maurer, Fliesenleger und Installateure habe ich definitiv noch nie erlebt. De Masis Leute hatten schon einige Tage vor unserer Ankunft mit den Arbeiten begonnen und ehrlich gesagt habe ich mit ziemlichem Chaos in Haus und Garten gerechnet, aber es war einfach alles sauber, aufgeräumt, die Türen zu den anderen Räumen abgeklebt, Werkzeug und sonstige Materialien fein säuberlich im hinteren Teil des Gartens gestapelt ... einfach klasse! Die Arbeiter sind sehr sorgfältig, professionell, effizient und freundlich. Wenn es hieß, um halb acht fangen wir an, war um 7.20 Uhr der letzte da. Und das auf Sizilien ;-) Ganz großes Lob!
If someone is looking for an absolutely reliable, clean, punctual and efficient team of craftsmen, I can really only recommend Signor De Masi and his people. I had the bathroom in my villa in Fontane Bianche renovated by them and I am really more than satisfied. I had often dealt with craftsmen in Italy, but I have definitely never seen bricklayers, tilers and plumbers so professional. De Masi's people had already started the work a few days before our arrival and to be honest I expected a lot of chaos in the house and garden, but everything was clean and tidy, the doors to the other rooms were masked, tools and other materials were fine neatly stacked in the back of the garden ... just great! The workers are very careful, professional, efficient and friendly. When it was said that we would start at half past seven, the last one was there at 7.20 a.m. And that in Sicily ;-) Very high praise!

Posso confermare quanto letto nelle precedenti recensioni: si tratta di una Ditta seria e affidabile. Devo dire inoltre che tutte le persone presenti in cantiere sono state disponibili ed educate, cosa da non sottovalutare!
I supervised the construction management for the renovation of a commercial space to be used as a bar. I can confirm what I read in the previous reviews: it is a serious and reliable company. I must also say that all the people present on site were helpful and polite, which should not be underestimated!

Fabio De masi, il titolare, ha dato prova di competenza e affidabilità; i suoi operatori hanno lavorato con precisione, competenza e grande pulizia (cosa da non trascurare quando si fanno lavori di smantellamento all'interno di una casa abitata).
Ditta sicuramente consigliabile.
I had the maintenance of the balconies of my apartment carried out by the "Building De Masi". I found serious and professional people in the owner and his workers. Detailed estimate, as requested by me, respected production times and quality of work.

Il Geom. De Masi e l'Arch. Bottaro hanno seguito tutto passo passo, venendo incontro alle mie esigenze (non ultime quelle economiche!) e dirigendo i lavori anche in mia assenza.
Tutti i dipendenti dell'impresa hanno sempre dimostrato estrema competenza, professionalità ed educazione nei miei confronti.

I contacted the Costruzioni De Masi company to get a quote to renovate the apartment I purchased, and from the first meeting I was literally conquered by the seriousness and care of the smallest details. The Geom. De Masi and the Arch. Bottaro have followed everything step by step, meeting my needs (not least the economic ones!) And directing the work even in my absence.
All company employees have always shown extreme competence, professionalism and education towards me.
I recommend anyone to turn to them, they are authentic professionals in the field!
