Ho visto un paio di progetti di nuovi complessi residenziali (sto cercando casa) e devo dire che sono rimasta sbalordita dall’attenzione al design e dall’uso di tecnologie ambientali sostenibili per garantire un ottimo risparmio energetico. I prezzi sono altissimi, in compenso gli appartamenti hanno metrature “vivibili” e vengono consegnati “chiavi in mano” cioè pronti per il trasloco, con sanitari e infissi. Sto cercando casa e spero faccia qualche nuova costruzione zona Sovizzo/Creazzo I have many friends and acquaintances who have bought from him and they are all satisfied, it is clear that they have high criteria for the quality of construction .. from soundproofing to the study of spaces, for this reason everything is almost always sold on paper before the end of the construction site. I am looking for a house and I hope to do some new construction in the Sovizzo / Creazzo area

Ho chiesto un intervento per una rimozione di una orribile striscia nera che scende dalla finestra del secondo piano fino alla vetrata della sala (rovina completamente L’ estetica della casa) che, per giunta va peggiorando ogni volta che piove e la loro risposta è stata che è colpa dello smog. Quando ho acquistato, durante il sopralluogo, mi avevano promesso che L’ avrebbero rimossa… a distanza di un anno è ancora lì e sempre più nera! La cosa che fa più ridere che mi hanno consigliato dei lattonieri per farmi fare dei profili rompigoccia. Gran bella professionalità!!! Postvendita voto zero. P.s. vedremo tra quanti anni verranno a sistemare il resto delle cose che non vanno…. I am very disappointed. I asked for an intervention to remove a horrible black stripe that goes down from the second floor window to the room window (it completely ruins the aesthetics of the house) which, moreover, gets worse every time it rains and their response was that it's the fault of the smog. When I bought it, during the inspection, they promised me that they would remove it ... after a year it is still there and increasingly black! The thing that makes the most laugh is that I was advised by the tinsmiths to make me make some drip profiles. Great professionalism !!! After-sales zero rating. P.s. we will see in how many years they will come to fix the rest of the things that are wrong….
