Poi non hanno dato un recapito telefonico a corriere, quindi dovevo perdere altre 3 ore per contattare GLS. Alla fine devo fare 100 km per riprendere mio pacco. I do not recommend to anyone. They do not answer the phone, on whatsapp they answer after 2-3 hours of waiting. Then they didn't give a courier telephone number, so I had to waste another 3 hours to contact GLS. In the end I have to travel 100 km to get my package back.

Chiesto il rimborso delle spese di giacenza del corriere, che ho pagato alla consegna, perchè ha sbagliato il venditore a mettere l'indirizzo, e mi hanno trattato malissimo e con arroganza, dicendo che dico falsità. Per fortuna il giorno dopo il corriere mi ha restituito i soldi riconoscendo che i 21 euro non erano dovuti al corriere, ma rimane l'amarezza di aver avuto a che fare con una persona così meschina, ed è per questo che faccio questa recensione a 1 stella. Poteva prendersi la briga di chiamare il corriere e chiedere delucidazioni, e invece mi ha solo insultato e minacciato. Mancanza di canali di comunicazione consoni, telefono mai ricevuto risposta, idem via mail, qualche messaggio vocale su whatsapp (manco fossi suo fratello), con tempi di risposta biblici nel rispondere, NESSUN TIPO DI ASSISTENZA post vendita, vige la regola dell'arrangiati. menomale che ho comprato tramite Ebay e mi sono tutelato da questa gente restituendo tutto.
