★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giovedì 21 marzo mi recavo presso questo deposito nella di Ronchis (UD) per il ritiro di un mezzo. Anzitutto, l’orario di apertura delle 14.30 indicato online 8oltre che telefonicamente dall’operatore) è stato del tutto disatteso. Gli addetti arrivavano alle ore 14.25 chiudendo immediatamente il cancello ed impedendomi l’entrata. Nonostante avessi esposto sia telefonicamente che personalmente i tempi strettissimi ai quali ero soggetto (vista la necessità di rientrare in Sicilia tramite traghetto da Ravenna alle ore 20.00!!), il cancello rimaneva chiuso fino alle ore 14.40 quando suonavo al campanello in modo da poter entrare. Gli addetti mi rispondevano in maniera più che scortese mostrandosi indisponenti ed infastiditi dal fatto che avessi suonato (nonostante conoscessero le mie esigenze di tempo). Giunto sul mezzo, questo non partiva a causa della batteria scarica e, per tale ragione, chiedevo cortesemente i cavi per avviarlo. Per tutta risposta, sempre con modi a dir poco antipatici, mi veniva risposto che per avviare il camion a mezzo booster erano richiesti €50,00 oltre IVA!!! Purtroppo, non avendo altra scelta, accettavo tali condizioni e, finalmente, riuscivo a lasciare il deposito. Riassumendo: esperienza terribile, addetti poco disponibili ed assenza di ogni tipo di comprensione nei confronti del cliente.

Unfortunately, having no other choice, I accepted these conditions and finally managed to leave the warehouse. In summary: terrible experience, employees not very available and lack of any kind of understanding towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non merita nessuna stella...caro e disonesto. Ho appena ritirato camion e mi ha fatto pagare in base al peso, da considerare che avevo materiale sopra. Non ha voluto sapere ragioni. Lestofante...solo perché qualcuna ha chiamato le forze dell'ordine xké il camion la impressionava con la sagoma del cassone,e stava parcheggiato sulle striscie bianche regolarmente...il paradosso? Il verbale €29,80 e il ritiro del mezzo €400...assurdo. Nessuna tolleranza... è quello il problema...qnd gli ho chiesto di farmi pagare meno, ha voltato le spalle e se n'è andato...e solo su mia pressione alla segretaria mi ha fatto risparmiare €68...normale gliene ho regalati €400. Senza parole

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo chiamata con l'assicurazione, recuperato (come previsto) dopo una ventina di minuti dal carro attrezzi; tecnico gentile che, anche se non spettasse a lui, mi ha spiegato ogni passaggio da dover attuare per avere l'auto nel posto desiderato nel giorno seguente.
Tecnico veramente disponibile.
After calling with the insurance, recovered (as expected) after about twenty minutes from the tow truck; kind technician who, even if it was not up to him, explained to me every step to be taken to get the car in the desired place the following day.
Really helpful technician.

Il carro attrezzo ha recuperato la mia macchina, e con la loro macchina di cortesia, ho potuto proseguire il viaggio. Sono stati velocissimi e molto professionali, infatti il giorno dopo avevo già la macchina riparata. Consiglio vivamente.
