Il negozio è in completa confusione e per trovare le cose, molte volte bisogna chiedere al personale di turno ( e sono sempre pochissimi in base hai mq che coprono) Nella maggior parte delle volte ho sempre trovato personale gentile e collaborativo, fino AD OGGI. Specifico che ogni volta che chiedo lo faccio con estrema educazione e chiedendo scusa del disturbo. Oggi vedo le solite scatole in alto, All'ultimo scaffale e non arrivandoci chiedo ad un ragazzo del personale.Un ragazzo ben piazzato, media altezza, capelli alla lino Banfi, con occhiali modello tipo rayban. Appena inizio a comporre la domanda, non mi fa finire la frase, sbuffa e mi dice:" mi deve arrivare!" Per non fare storie in pubblico, mi zittisco e mi volto dall'altra parte, appena va via, prendo la scala e provvedo da sola a prendere il prodotto che mi serviva. Preciso che lo avrei fatto da subito( prendere la scala ecc) ma l'ultima volta che l'ho fatto mi hanno detto che per motivi di sirezza non potevo farlo. Per concludere, sono consapevole che avere a che fare con le persone non è semplice, ma se qualcuno si rivolge a voi con gentilezza e cortesia, sarebbe più carino dire un semplice " non lo so" piuttosto di essere maleducati e strafottenti. Comunque tutto sommato utile. Inoltre, una menzione particolare la meritano i ragazzi del personale, che sono carinissimi, hanno sempre un sorriso per tutti. Ringrazio in particolare il commesso, Valentino, che mi ha seguito personalmente nello shopping: ragazzo gentile, preparato e super disponibile nell’indirizzarmi al meglio. Grazie ancora, tornerò sicuramente, ormai ho scoperto il negozio dal quale mi rifornirò nei prossimi anni ❤️ Absolutely 5 stars. M	Marta Bellaria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito, certo un pò caotico e a volte merce senza prezzi, ma credo che gestire così tanti articoli non sia semplice. I ragazzi dello staff (pochi in relazione alla grandezza del negozio ) sono tutti molto gentili e cordiali. Su tutti vorrei segnalare il ragazzo con la barbetta rossa del reparto dei pannolini che è molto gentile e sorridente ed il ragazzo con gli occhiali con le lenti azzurre del reparto animali, anche lui molto gentile, preparato e soprattutto disponibile. Tornerò di certo in questo negozio e anzi lo consiglio a tutti sia per i prezzi che per l'assortimento Very well stocked shop, certainly a bit chaotic and sometimes merchandise without prices, but I think managing so many items is not easy. The guys on the staff (few in relation to the size of the shop) are all very nice and friendly.
