★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è stato risolto il problema alla mia caldaia. Per quanto mi riguarda la mia esperienza è negativa. Sono ancora con la caldaia rotta in pieno inverno. Sono costretto a ricorrere ad altri metodi per avere un minimo di calore nella mia abitazione. L'assistenza lascia le persone con molti dubbi e non è facile ricevere assistenza in caso di urgenza.
 The problem with my boiler has not been solved. As far as I'm concerned my experience is negative. I'm still with the broken boiler in the dead of winter. I am forced to resort to other methods to have a minimum of heat in my home. Assistance leaves people with a lot of doubts and it is not easy to get assistance in an emergency.
