La spesa viene fatta benissimo, anche i prodotti in sostituzione di quelli mancanti sono come li sceglierei io. Inoltre ho sempre trovato personale gentile e disponibile. Per fortuna che esiste un servizio così!
I am very well at shopping online from home or work and picking it up at the most convenient time for me. The shopping is done very well, even the products to replace the missing ones are how I would choose them. In addition, I have always found staff polite and helpful. Fortunately, there is such a service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è eccellente purtroppo la scelta di non accettare più i buoni pasto elettronici è fortemente penalizzante nonché contraddittoria. In un periodo di restrizioni dovute al COVID, limitare ai lavoratori un servizio così utile risulta una scelta ingiustificabile. Spero in un ripensamento.
The service is excellent. Unfortunately, the decision to no longer accept electronic meal vouchers is highly penalizing and contradictory. In a period of restrictions due to COVID, limiting such a useful service to workers is an unjustifiable choice. I hope for an afterthought.

Dopo aver ritirato la spesa sono dovuta entrare per trovare un'alternativa dei prodotti mancanti es. Ricotta fresca prenderò ricotta in scatola oppure i dessert li prenderò di un'altra marca e così via.... Praticamente ho perso più tempo e basta... Molto scocciata... Il sito dovrebbe essere aggiornato in tempo reale...
3 products not available .... Now I await the vouchers for the reimbursement ... Not satisfied at all ... After having collected the shopping I had to enter to find an alternative for the missing products eg. Fresh ricotta I will take canned ricotta or the desserts I will take from another brand and so on .... I practically wasted more time and that's it ... Very annoyed ... The site should be updated in real time ...

App fatta bene, tutto sommariamente veloce.
Ottimi gli orari di mezz’ora per ordine giusto per non creare code e quant’altro.
In caso di mancanza viene sostituito se confermi al momento del ritiro a tu per tu oppure viene eliminato dalla lista.
Per migliorare potrebbero dare prodotto non disponibile.
Ottima idea il pagamento anche con PayPal, stra utile per problemi di resto/disponibilità.

Very comfortable for those who have difficulty both in walking and for those who are short of time.
App done well, all briefly fast.

Sacchetti divisi per tipologia di prodotto. Frutta e verdura fresca come l’avrei scelta io (non guasta o avanti di maturazione).
Highly recommended! Simple and complete app. I chose home delivery and the service was impeccable as well as punctual. Delivery directly to the indicated floor. Bags divided by type of product. Fresh fruit and vegetables as I would have chosen (not bad or ripe).
