★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Corzago Srl ad una fiera di settore a Colonia (Anuga) e da allora ne ho apprezzato l'emilianità con i suoi profumi e sapori autentici. La materia prima è ottima, le lavorazioni ne restituiscono un sapore unico, deciso e profumato. Suggerisco oltre al Crudo di Parma, davvero ottimo, il salame di Felino e la Mortadella con il tartufo una vera chicca.
I met Corzago Srl at a trade fair in Cologne (Anuga) and since then I have appreciated its Emilianity with its authentic aromas and flavors. The raw material is excellent, the workmanship restores a unique, strong and fragrant taste. I suggest in addition to the very good Parma Raw, the Felino salami and the Mortadella with truffles a real treat.
