A distanza di 6 mesi ed aver letto la recensione, questa azienda mi chiama, ed invece di scusarsi per la pessima esperienza d'acquisto offerta, mi chiama per minacciare ritorsioni legali per farmi togliere la recensione, il motivo della diffida a loro avviso sarebbe " PAROLE OFFENSIVE! Corvino dice che il guasto non rientra nella garanzia perché dovuto al calcare, è vergognoso, in 4 mesi non si può creare calcare tale da rompere una caldaia. Probabilmente il pezzo o addirittura tutta la caldaia pagata per nuova erano invece già vecchie e usurate. In ogni caso non rispetta la garanzia, mi sono già rivolto a un avvocato per chiedere risarcimento per il danno e rimborso della caldaia, intanto sono con i bambini in casa senza acqua calda in periodo di piena crisi Covid. Scoraggero' chiunque dal comprare alcunché da Corvino e scriverò recensioni ovunque possibile per evitare ad altri malcapitati di fare il mio errore!!! I put a star because zero doesn't exist. Corvino says that the breakdown is not covered by the guarantee because it is due to limestone, it is shameful, in 4 months you cannot create limestone such as to break a boiler. Probably the piece or even the whole boiler paid for new was already old and worn out. In any case it does not respect the guarantee, I have already turned to a lawyer to ask for compensation for the damage and reimbursement of the boiler, meanwhile I am with the children at home without hot water in the period of full Covid crisis. I will discourage anyone from buying anything from Corvino and I will write reviews wherever possible to avoid other unfortunates from making my mistake !!!
I	Il Profeta della Mat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per carità, evitateli. Ve la scassano la caldaia. Per 20/30 euro non vi controllano nulla. Fanno finta di lavorare, i loro interventi per le revisioni e fumi durano massimo 15 minuti, non smontano nulla e non puliscono la caldaia come si deve. Ti fanno anche sbagliare i conto correnti per pagare le tasse comunali. Dei veri incompetenti. In Campania ci sono professionisti seri dove gli interventi alle caldaie durano minimo un oretta e costano dalle 50 alle 80 euro. Diffidate da chi vi chiede di meno. Il risparmio non è mai guadagno. Mai più! For heaven's sake, avoid them. The boiler is broken. For 20/30 euros they don't control anything. They pretend to work, their interventions for overhauls and fumes last a maximum of 15 minutes, they do not disassemble anything and do not clean the boiler properly. They also make you mistake your checking accounts to pay city taxes. Real incompetents. In Campania there are serious professionals where interventions on the boilers last at least an hour and cost from 50 to 80 euros. Be wary of those who ask you less. Saving is never gain. Never again!
