G	Gaia Mugnaini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante un nostro viaggio in giro per la Sicilia, ci siamo fermati a Bagheria e abbiamo trovato casualmente Cortile Corselli sushi e restaurant, un palazzo storico siciliano, con un arredamento in stile minimal e moderno ma con elementi di gusto raffinato e caratteristico. Abbiamo deciso di fermarci per cena, prendendo del sushi misto alla carta, siamo rimasti entusiasti dalla qualità del pesce e della materia prima, dalla modernità e dal gusto degli accostamenti scelti, senza nulla togliere alla presentazione del piatto. Abbiamo poi provato una tartar di orata, da un sapore delicato da sciogliersi in bocca. La scelta del dolce si è indirizzata verso il cestino di frolla alla crema di ricotta e pere, ottimo l’abbinamento degli ingredienti. Eravamo un po’ stanchi dal viaggio e ci siamo fermati lì a dormire, al piano di sopra c’è un B&b sempre di loro proprietà. Le camere sono molto grandi e arredate con gusto. Pulizia impeccabile e colazione abbondante in terrazza. During our trip around Sicily, we stopped in Bagheria and accidentally found Cortile Corselli sushi and restaurant, a historic Sicilian building, with a minimal and modern style furniture but with elements of refined and characteristic taste. We decided to stop for dinner, taking mixed sushi à la carte, we were thrilled by the quality of the fish and the raw material, by the modernity and taste of the chosen combinations, without detracting from the presentation of the dish. We then tried a sea bream tartar, with a delicate melt-in-your-mouth flavor. The choice of dessert was directed towards the basket of shortcrust pastry with ricotta and pear cream, an excellent combination of ingredients. We were a bit tired from the trip and we stopped there to sleep. Upstairs there is a B & b which is also owned by them. The rooms are very large and tastefully decorated. Impeccable cleanliness and abundant breakfast on the terrace.

Wir haben auch noch nie geschrieben, dass die schönen jungen Menschen, die hier arbeiten einfach nur großartig sind. Wir haben ein besonderes Fest gefeiert und wir waren überwältigt von der Qualität und dem fantastischen Service. Auch unsere sizilianischen Freunde, die im Tourismus arbeiten und viel gesehen haben, waren von der Qualität, dem Service und der Atmosphäre begeistert. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ihr habt das so wunderschön für uns gemacht. Now we have been to this beautiful restaurant so many times and we have never written about the fact that it is not only beautiful but also so special because they have fantastic sushi, sashimi, gamberi and other great things. We have also never written that the beautiful young people who work here are just great. We were celebrating a special celebration and we were blown away by the quality and fantastic service. Our Sicilian friends who work in tourism and have seen a lot were also amazed by the quality, the service and the atmosphere. Thank you, we'd love to come back. You made it so beautiful for us.

S	Santo Castronovo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a recent trip with my wife, to Bagheria, a town located approximately 10 Km to the east of Palermo, we dined at Cortile Corselli Sushi & Restaruant. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and an incredible aroma. The location is elegant and inviting with relaxing background music. Renato the Bartender made us two Old-fashioned which were perfect. Our appetizers consisted of the freshest and most flavorful sushi I have ever tasted. Being a sushi lover and having eaten at some of the finest sushi establishments in the United States, I can only assume that the freshest fish of the Mediterranean Sea is in a class by itself and made all the difference. My wife ordered linguini with lobster and I orders linguini gamberi e ricci (shrimp and uni for my American friends). Both dishes were perfection. Dessert was delicious and all courses were presented beautifully. If you happen to visit Palermo Sicily I would give this restaurant my highest recommendation for you to visit.
