★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scammed by the manager Tarek. The polo I bought was damaged which he agreed to refund immediately after he saw it. Instead, I suggested he could have a new one sent to me back to the UK where I was flying back the next day (they didn't have my size in store), and he agreed to call me either same day or maximum 2 days later with an update.
5 days later with no update, I called back (it took 3 days to reach them as the other shop manager would hang up immediately after asking for Tarek) and requested a refund given he didn't follow through his promise.
Because I now left Spain, Tarek then said that he had to get the polo shipped to Italy for inspection - although he had immediately agreed to refund me in the store after seeing it, with no "approval" required when I was still in Spain. Now that I am back in the UK, rules have of course changed.
Beware - dishonest practices. I have contacted my bank for a charge back and will also file a complaint with the police (I have recording and evidence from my in store visit).
