★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veniamo processati e condannati da questa Sezione a causa, sembra, di un presunto danno erariale.
Con sentenza 920/ 2015 , della Seconda Sezione Centrale , la condanna verrà confermata.
Il danno erariale che ci viene attribuito deriva da l ' accertamento dell ' esercizio di un Mandato per Funzioni di Ufficio affidateci dallo Stato; tale Mandato non risulta essere , adeguatamente remunerato, liquidato.
Non può essere compreso , pertanto , il danno erariale che la Corte dei Conti attribuisce, anche in considerazione che l' Erario, per la stessa condanna che ci è stata inflitta , viene da noi risarcito per il detrimento di alcuni immobili abusivi , insanabili, di cui ne vantava la proprietà ( ! )
Peraltro , non abbiamo alcun avvocato che si presti in difesa della MASSICCIA LESIONE DI DIRITTI UMANI che sembra in atto .

 We are being tried and sentenced by this Section for, it seems, alleged tax damage.
With sentence 920/2015, of the Second Central Section, the sentence will be confirmed.
The tax damage attributed to us derives from the ascertainment of the exercise of a Mandate for Office Functions entrusted to us by the State; this Mandate is not adequately remunerated and liquidated.
Therefore, the tax damage that the Court of Auditors attributes can not be understood, also considering that the Treasury, for the same sentence that has been inflicted on us, is compensated by us for the detriment of some illegal, irremediable property of to whom he owned (!)
Furthermore, we do not have any lawyers lending themselves in defense of the MASSIVE HUMAN RIGHTS INJURY that appears to be taking place.
