★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, ho acquistato un salame al Conad dell'azienda camerlengo, mi aspettavo di più, mi spiego, avendolo pagato 20,90€al kg mi aspettavo di sentire i sapori dati da una buona stagionatura in cantina di una volta. Il budello del salame è ricoperto da una muffa adeguata, però il sapore dell'impasto del salame è poco saporito, si sente poco l'aglio e gli aromi tipici dell insaccato mantovano
 Hello, I bought a salami at Conad from the Camerlengo company, I expected more, I mean, having paid € 20.90 per kg for it, I expected to feel the flavors given by a good aging in the cellar of the past. The casing of the salami is covered with an adequate mold, however the taste of the salami mixture is not very tasty, you can hardly feel the garlic and the typical aromas of the Mantuan sausage
