★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero un bel posto dove passeggiare, pieno di bar, pasticcerie, rosticcerie e negozi di ogni tipo, peccato siano quasi tutti, di catene di massa, speravo di trovare di meglio!
Really a nice place to walk, full of bars, patisseries, rotisseries and shops of all kinds, too bad they are almost all, of mass chains, I was hoping to find better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corso principale di Reggio Calabria, la via elegante, la via dello shopping, la via dello struscio per tutte le generazioni dei reggini. Ultimamente il nuovo lungomare Falcomatà gli ha rubato la scena di via dello struscio. Consiglio di passeggiare per "il corso" ponendo attenzione non solo alle vetrine dei negozi, ma soprattutto ai palazzi che fiancheggiano la strada: ce ne sono alcuni di veramente belli in stile liberty. Buona passeggiata.
Main street of Reggio Calabria, the elegant street, the shopping street, the struscio street for all generations of the people of Reggio. Lately the new Falcomatà promenade has stolen the scene in via dello struscio. I recommend walking around "il corso" paying attention not only to the shop windows, but above all to the buildings that line the street: there are some really beautiful ones in Art Nouveau style. Good walk.

The promenade has been refurbished in the past few years and it’s possible to take a walk and admire beautiful sculptures like the one below, Sicily in the distance and the Strait of Messina with it’s beautiful blue water.
