Il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale; ogni tanto vengo chiamata per sapere come va il mio percorso di studi e se tutto procede per il verso giusto. Per quella che è la mia esperienza, sono soddisfatta e lo consiglio! I have been enrolled in the Animal Care 4.0 course since June, and so far I have not encountered any negative notes. The staff are always helpful and friendly; every now and then I am called to find out how my studies are going and if everything is going the right way. For what is my experience, I am satisfied and recommend it!

Sono molto soddisfatta, direi una buona scuola, con materiale didattico chiaro e comprensibile, alta professionalità dei docenti: Giovanna Potere, Andreina Bagnara, Irene Torrisi Bertelli, Marta Villa,Cecilia DeAntonis, sono chiari e rapidi nella correzione delle verifiche. Il loro supporto mi ha dato il coraggio di andare avanti , considerando, che non sono più una ragazzina e volevo mettermi in gioco. Anche la Segretaria, sono stati sempre gentili. E' stata per me un bell'esperienza, una sfida da affrontare con l'obiettivo di vincerla. Ho appreso cose nuove e consiglierei a tutti ,chi vuole mettersi alla prova o ottenere un titolo in più. I am about to finish my course as Medical and Dental Office Secretary 4.0. I am very satisfied, I would say a good school, with clear and understandable teaching material, high professionalism of the teachers: Giovanna Potere, Andreina Bagnara, Irene Torrisi Bertelli, Marta Villa, Cecilia DeAntonis, are clear and quick in correcting the tests. Their support gave me the courage to carry on, considering that I am no longer a girl and I wanted to get involved. Even the secretary, they were always kind. It was a great experience for me, a challenge to face with the aim of winning it. I learned new things and would recommend to everyone, who wants to test themselves or get an extra title. I hope to realize myself in reality. I would like to thank the teachers and the CEF secretary and wish you excellent health and great successes in your professional life.
E	Elisa Riccini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho svolto il corso come assistente alla persona con specializzazione in assistenza all'infanzia, e devo dire che il corso è completo per quanto concerne la parte teorica. La spedizione dei libri è puntuale. Non mi sento, tuttavia, di consigliare questo corso a tutti... Mi spiego, se avete l'opposizione di fare un corso OSS, fate quello, se non avete opportunità di svolgere un tirocinio ( come previsto per la qualifica OSS ), fate questo corso. La cosa che mi ha lasciata con l'amaro in bocca è stata la totale assenza di aiuto per quanto riguarda il tirocinio, che di fatto ho dovuto cercare da sola, poiché dalla struttura non è arrivato il benché minimo aiuto nel trovarlo. C'è poi da dire che l'attestato privato rilasciato ha validità SOLO nelle strutture private, quindi non risulta possibile sfruttarlo in quelle pubbliche o nelle scuole ( NON FA PUNTEGGIO ATA). Possiamo dire che l'attestato è equiparato al titolo di assistente familiare, ma non alla dicitura osa, che di fatto non esiste nemmeno più. Tuttavia, gli sbocchi professionali ci sono ( ho trovato un lavoro in una struttura circa un mese dopo il conseguimento dell'attestato), dovete solo trovare la persona disposta ad assumervi o a farvi fare il tirocinio extracurricolare ( quindi pagato, da non confondersi con quello intercurriculare gratuito, previsto dal corso OSS). I took the course as an assistant to the person with specialization in childcare, and I must say that the course is complete as far as the theoretical part is concerned. The shipment of the books is on time. I do not feel, however, to recommend this course to everyone ... I mean, if you have the opposition to take an OSS course, do that, if you do not have the opportunity to do an internship (as foreseen for the OSS qualification), do this course. The thing that left me with a bad taste in my mouth was the total absence of help with regards to the internship, which I actually had to look for on my own, since not the slightest help in finding it came from the structure. It must also be said that the private certificate issued is valid ONLY in private structures, therefore it is not possible to use it in public ones or in schools (DOES NOT MAKE ATA SCORE). We can say that the certificate is equivalent to the title of family assistant, but not to the wording dare, which in fact no longer exists. However, there are professional opportunities (I found a job in a structure about a month after obtaining the certificate), you only have to find the person willing to hire you or to make you do the extracurricular internship (therefore paid, not to be confused with the cross-curricular one free, required by the OSS course).

Rimandavano di mese in mese con motivazioni illogiche e alla fine, quando da sola ho trovato una clinica disponibile, volevano farmi un contratto come segretaria, cosa che non c' entrava nulla. Ci ho litigato al telefono non so quante volte. Money down the drain. Lost time. I have never been trained as a veterinary assistant. They postponed from month to month with illogical reasons and in the end, when I found an available clinic by myself, they wanted to make me a contract as a secretary, which did not enter anything. I had a fight on the phone I don't know how many times.

Ho frequentato il corso come assistente alla poltrona e segretaria di studio medico. Ho conseguito gli attestati che non sono validi nella mia regione Emilia-Romagna . Ho buttato la bellezza di 2100 euro. Siete da denuncia. Vergognatevi! Illudete la gente che si aggrappa a qualsiasi cosa pur di avere un lavoro onesto. Un consiglio? Non fatelo. I have obtained the certificates that are not valid in my Emilia-Romagna region. I threw away the beauty of 2100 euros. You are a complaint. Shame on you! Una volta contattati per avere informazioni riguardo il corso per toelettatore, ho ricevuto ALMENO 4 chiamate alla settimana dove mi proponevano offerte per questo corso, fino a quando non ho accettato. Da lì, una valanga di problemi che mi hanno portato quasi a denunciarli! Durante tutto il corso, non sono mai stato contattato da nessuno di loro, nemmeno per sapere come stesse andando! Mi è stato promesso uno "stage retribuito" a fine corso, ma quando è arrivato il momento se ne sono letteralmente lavati le mani dicendo che, per loro, non è obbligatorio ma facoltativo e che dovevo provvedere da solo a trovare una struttura, costringendomi a fare un altro corso REALE. Purtroppo dovrei passare ore per descrivere tutti i problemi che ho incontrato con questo corso, ed evito di farlo. Vi lascio solo un consiglio: NON ISCRIVETEVI A QUESTO CORSO, PERDERETE SOLO SOLDI E, SOPRATTUTTO, TEMPO! Once contacted for information about the grooming course, I received AT LEAST 4 calls a week where they offered me offers for this course, until I accepted. From there, an avalanche of problems that led me to almost report them! Throughout the course, I was never contacted by any of them, not even to know how it was going! I was promised a "paid internship" at the end of the course, but when the time came they literally washed their hands saying that, for them, it is not compulsory but optional and that I had to find a structure myself, forcing me to take another REAL course. Unfortunately I would have to spend hours describing all the problems I encountered with this course, and I avoid doing it. I leave you just one tip: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COURSE, YOU WILL ONLY LOSE MONEY AND, ABOVE ALL, TIME!

Circa 1-2 volte al mese vengo chiamata per sapere come va il mio percorso di studi e mi danno nuovamente disponibilità per qualsiasi mio dubbio. Per quello che sto vivendo ora lo consiglio vivamente. I have been enrolled in the Animal Care 4.0 course since September 2021. The staff is always available to my every need and friendly. About 1-2 times a month I am called to find out how my studies are going and they give me availability again for any of my doubts. For what I am experiencing now I highly recommend it.

Decido di informarmi dato che ulizzano grandi parole tra cui 'scuola' e 'attestati validi a livello europeo' bla bla bla. Mi chiama una ragazza molto gentile che mi spiega tutto in maniera esaustiva e fin qua tutto bene. In seguito visto che mi sembrava tutto rose e fiori e la cosa un po' mi puzzava decido di andare a vedere un po' di recensioni. Vedo che in realtà al telefono ti dicono un sacco di cose che poi in realtà c'entrano poco e niente, ho letto anche di risposte da parte degli amministratori che se ne "lavavano le mani" dicendo che da contratto tutte quelle cose elencate al telefono non sono garantite (che contratto? Non era una "scuola"?) comunque in realtà al telefono a me è stato detto altro, quindi già la mia fiducia se la sono bruciata. In più vorrei tenere in considerazione il fatto che da quando ho chiesto informazioni, vengo tempestata di telefonate e mail anche più volte al giorno. A mio avviso una "scuola" professionale come si ritengono che chiede 2800€ di corsi non avrebbe neanche bisogno di 'tartassare' in questa maniera. Secondo me sarebbero stati soldi sprecati.
