NON E' VERO!!!!!!! nessuno mi ha contattato. Amazon mi ha consigliato di denunciare il corriere che si è occupato di quel reso ovvero Hermes!!. che vergogna, poi vengo a scoprire che le recensioni google sono pessime... che degrado.... PARTONO DENUNCE QUERELE E FACCIO CAUSA!!! POI VEDIAMO SE ESCONO I PACCHI O I SOLDI!! Il personale che risponde al telefono lavora in maniera scarsa e non ha il minimo interesse di risolvere la questione della gestione dei pacchi, che è terribile. Ho dovuto chiamare oggi per una consegna mai avvenuta e la signora, che forse pensava stesse facendomi un piacere , mi ha detto che la medesima era stata inoltrata ad un altro corriere e che non poteva darmi il numero di tracciabilità. MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO? Oltre a ritardare il massimo la consegna ( il pacco era/è fermo dal 17/02/2020 ) loro NON INFORMANO il cliente che la loro merce è stata inoltrata a terzi! Hermes, pensate seriamente in cambiare mestiere perché non siete per niente bravi. Bad! Un pacco spedito dall'Austria il 04.06, il 09.06. arriva a Napoli, il 10 la mettono in consegna ma guarda caso l'indirizzo è sbagliato. Ricevo consegne da ovunque, mai nessun problema. Dopo diversi giorni contatto l'assistenza clienti e mi dicono che il pacco sta tornando al mittente, cioè in Austria. Il 26 giugno non si sa dove si trova il pacco. Se non avete voglia di lavorare non lamentatevi quando non avete più lavoro. It has never happened to me before.
