★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata accolta in maniera educata,avevo già in mente cosa fare,ma ho chiesto consiglio lo stesso,alla fine abbiamo fatto dei colpi di sole con un taglio. Il parrucchiere neanche mi ha detto che tipo di tonalità mi avrebbe fatto le schiariture,l’altro suo collega,invece, molto scortese e fuori luogo con alcune battute. Durante l’attesa non mi hanno offerto neanche un bicchiere d’acqua o una rivista. Il taglio totalmente non simmetrico e senza un senso logico. Per quello che ho speso (200€) assolutamente non positiva la mia esperienza. Adesso mi toccherà andare da un altro parrucchiere.
I was received in a polite way, I already had in mind what to do, but I asked for advice anyway, in the end we made some highlights with a cut. The hairdresser didn't even tell me what kind of shade would lighten me, his other colleague, on the other hand, was very rude and out of place with some jokes. During the wait, they didn't even offer me a glass of water or a magazine. The totally non-symmetrical cut and without a logical sense. For what I spent (200 €) my experience was absolutely not positive. Now I'll have to go to another hairdresser.
