S	S B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YOU MUST VISIT IF YOU ARE IN THE VALPOLICELLA AREA! It is worth the winding uphill drive to get there. An incredible selection of wines, cheeses, cured meats, pasta, oils, jams and other regional delicacies and incredibly helpful staff who let us try many of the cheeses before we bought them. You can also pay for tastings of meat, cheese and wines if you like. Very impressive wine cellar down below. Can't wait to come back!

Good advice and willing to let you taste. The products can also be vacuum sealed for travel. They also have tasting sessions in a separate, beautiful room.

Nicola was the one to took us through the shop and showed us the rooms where the cheeses mature as well. He made the visit so much better than expected, so friendly and helpful! We then went to the downstairs room (beautiful, by the way!) to do the tasting itself. Everything was delicious and we were more than happy to buy ourselves some supplies for back home. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the products, I could not recommend this place enough. Just go, you won’t regret it.

The shop has very high quality local produce that you will never find in a supermarket. The presentation is impeccable and the staff is very friendly. The selection of ceases is fantastic but even better is the selection of cured meats ranging from prosciutto di Parma to lardo. A true temple to the pig.

The price was super affordable and we didn’t expect the amazing experience we had. Nicola, which was very welcoming, took us downstairs to their beautiful cellar where they age speck and cheese. it was spectacular. There we had a tray with five types of cheese and five types of meat, and two jams. Everything was superb and in very generous quantity. Some of the cheeses were among the best I’ve had. Especially the cheese with amarone wine. We also got a bottle of decent wine. We were there for a couple of hours. Then Nicola showed us around the cheese aging room and explained to us the processes. Highly recommended!
C	Charles Powell-Chandler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the shop, which seemed lovely, only to be told that rather than buying chunks of meat and cheese we could go further up the road to their bar/restaurant and outside area where we could get a pre sorted box with a drink. We got our own outside table with a playground for our 4 year old to play in, the staff were lovely and the facilities, read toilets, were far better than you would expect from any similar place in the UK. I couldn't recommend this place any more highly.
