★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticceria fantastica, c'e sempre qualcosa che acchiappa, dolce o salato non si esce senza avere acquisto un opera d'arte. La titolare pignolissima , mette in riga perfino i mignon ,questo la dice lunga sul modo di lavorare e preparare i suoi prodotti.

Per Pasqua invece abbiamo voluto provare due colombe, una classica da 25 euro, l'altra al cioccolato da 28, entrambe 800 grammi. Purtroppo entrambe sono risultate deludenti, al loro interno secche, l'impasto privo una lievitazione che gli avesse lasciato cavità e fragranza. Per quelle cifre una vera delusione, non abbiamo capito se questo sia lo standard o sia andato storto qualcosa. Peccato.
Good dumplings, pizza and bread, as well as small pastries. For Easter instead we wanted to try two doves, a classic 25 euro, the other 28 euro chocolate, both 800 grams. Unfortunately both were disappointing, dry inside, the dough without a leavening that had left it cavity and fragrance. For those figures a real disappointment, we didn't understand if this is the standard or something went wrong. Sin.
