Mi chiedono di attendere 20 minuti ed accetto consumando sul posto due crepes. Passa il tempo ed i minuti diventano 45. Chiedo chiarimenti e mi dicono che i cornetti disponibili dopo 45' di attesa sono solo 7. Intanto una persona, che immagino faccia parte dello staff o fosse un amico, era entrato ed uscito con diversi cornetti imbustati (penso da asporto). Alla fine mi propongono di sostituire uno dei gusti scelti con un cornetto esposto da chi sa quanto in vetrina. Credo che se non avessi accettato, i 20 minuti di attesa si sarebbero trasformati in 1h. Quindi in sintesi direi che si sono dimostrati scorretti, incapaci nella gestione e incuranti dei clienti. Regardless of a review on taste. It is the first time that I have bought here and I order 8 takeaway croissants. They ask me to wait 20 minutes and I accept consuming two crepes on the spot. Time passes and the minutes become 45. I ask for clarification and they tell me that the croissants available after 45 'of waiting are only 7. Meanwhile a person, who I imagine is part of the staff or was a friend, had entered and left with several croissants wrapped (I think takeaway). In the end they propose to replace one of the chosen flavors with a croissant displayed by those who know how much in the shop window. I believe that if I hadn't accepted, the 20 minutes of waiting would have turned into 1h. So in summary I would say that they have proven to be incorrect, unable to manage and careless of customers.
