Ovviamente non ho fatto storie per pochi spicci ma ritengo il prezzo una RAPINA. Naturalmente non mi vedranno MAI più ma consiglio anche a voi di non metterci piede For 4 (yes four) black and white prints they charged me € 1.20 .... € 30 cents per copy. È vergognoso che io porti a plastificare un pezzo così importante per me affinchè lo possa rendere eterno e invece il risultato finale è un pezzo di carta danneggiato, soprattutto tenendo conto che il valore di quel pezzo di carta è inestimabile. Si tratta di un errore ingiustificabile. Ho una tristezza addosso infinita... Il minimo di fronte a questo sbaglio sarebbe stato offrire il servizio gratuitamente, cosa che non è avvenuta perchè è stato risposto "non si preoccupi, se lo tiene sotto pressione si risolve tutto". Inutile dire che non si è risolto proprio niente: dovrò tenermi l'autografo rovinato. Sono senza parole, oltre al danno, la beffa.
