Vogli condividere la mia esperienza con Goldfingers orologi. Avevo un Rolex datejust da vendere ed ho contattato la sig.ra Elisa via mail chiedendo se l'orologio poteva loro interessare. Mi ha prontamente risposto richiedendo delle foto per poter meglio capire le condizioni dell'orologio. Dopo avere visionate ci siamo accordati sul prezzo abbiamo fissato un'appuntamento in negozio. Già da questi primi contatti ho apprezzato la loro serietà e precisione. Una volta in negozio mi ha accolto il sig. Roberto chiedendomi un po di informazioni riguardo il Rolex (cosa che ho ritenuto giusta da fare). Dopo aver verificato il prodotto e dopo avermi fatto notare dei particolari che io anche dopo anni di possesso non avevo notato il sig. Roberto assieme a me ha eseguito il pagamento tramite bonifico senza mai in alcun momento provare a ri vedere quanto pattuito (altra dimostrazione di serietà). Che dire, per me è stata una bellissima esperienza, ho incontrato persone serie, competenti e gentili che mi hanno da subito messo a mio agio. Ripeto prima del mio ingresso in negozio io non avevo mai visto il sig. Roberto ma sono contento di averlo conosciuto e sarà sicuramente un mio punto di riferimento per un futuro acquisto. I don't usually write reviews here or on other platforms; this time, however, I feel I have to. I want to share my experience with Goldfingers watches. I had a Rolex datejust to sell and I contacted Mrs. Elisa by email asking if the watch would be of interest to them. He promptly replied asking for photos in order to better understand the condition of the watch. After viewing we agreed on the price, we set an appointment in the store. Already from these first contacts I appreciated their seriousness and precision. Once in the shop, Mr. Roberto asking me for some information about the Rolex (which I thought it was right to do). After having checked the product and after having pointed out some details that I, even after years of possession, had not noticed Mr. Roberto with me made the payment by bank transfer without ever at any time trying to re-see what was agreed (another demonstration of seriousness). What can I say, for me it was a wonderful experience, I met serious, competent and kind people who immediately put me at ease. I repeat before my entry into the shop I had never seen Mr. Roberto but I'm happy to have met him and he will certainly be my point of reference for a future purchase.

It happenned to be this one and I can say for sure that this is not where I'll go next time I want to buy a new watch... I understand that they want to sell their own watch and that they are not necessarily happy to see me coming in with one I bought somewhere else but still... I paid 10 EUR for this simple operation. They had me leave the watch and come back later twice since they didn't take it seriously the first time. In total it took 30 mins to have it done properly and it felt as if I was disturbing the whole time while there was nobody else in the shop at that time...
